Mom’s Hummingbirds

This is another traditional stained glass panel I made for my mom. As a sidelight, it was important to allow in as much light as possible. It was designed to hang in the space to make cleaning and moving it easy. Set within a zinc frame, the panel is constructed using the copper foil method and variegated art glass. The fuchsia stamen are three-dimensional, protruding from the flowers. It is 8″ x 60″.
