Tom’s Autumn Stained Glass Panel

As its title hints, this work is inspired by Tom Thomson’s Autumn Garland painting. The vibrant earthy palette and red vine curving through the forest setting evoke the beauty of Ontario’s fall season.

This stained glass piece was constructed using the copper foil method. Opalescent Uruboros and Youghiogheny glasses were chosen to reflect the depth and complexity of a natural scene.
